Aggie Business Luncheon February speaker is David Burton, partner at HaynesBoone. Mr. Burton concentrates his practice in areas of general corporate and securities law matters, principally for privately held and emerging technology companies. He has represented numerous emerging technology companies, and investors in such companies, in seed capital and venture capital transactions as well as initial public offerings.
