Bring plenty of business cards, brochures, and other literature to display on the table at the front of the meeting area designated for that purpose. You will receive the opportunity to tell the group who you are, what you do, and what an ideal client for you might be. Our mission is to facilitate business networking. So don't be shy about telling other Aggies how you can help their business, or be helped.

Meeting Schedule


  • 7:00 AM: Business networking, introductions and if available the speaker presentation
  • 8:00 AM: Meeting officially concludes and extended business networking starts
  • 9:00 AM: Extended business networking concludes

The bulk of the meeting is from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM. However, we have the room until 9:00 AM. Therefore, you are more than welcome to stay for extended networking if you wish.

    We had a good attendance this morning, and J. R. always brings something new to the table with social media. Congrats to Phillip Bellingaur who won the door prize today.

    Attendance is expected to be in the 20 - 40 range. All of our meetings at la Madeleine will also include complimentary coffee provided by the Aggie Business Round Table. Also, RSVPs are encouraged, but not required. So if you're making a last minute decision, feel free to come on out and drink coffee with us.
