Mr. Burton concentrates his practice in areas of general corporate and securities law matters, principally for privately held and emerging technology companies. He has represented numerous emerging technology companies, and investors in such companies, in seed capital and venture capital transactions as well as initial public offerings.

Josh ShorterIt was good. The information was good however he did not finish. I want to suggest one thing. Can we start going around the room and doing a 30 sec elevator speech to get to see what everyone does. Most Chamber of Commerces do this and it really helps the room know what you do. -
