We didn't have a large attendance this month. However, there were alot of quality connections being made. Folks who needed jobs got business cards and in one case an interview shortly after the meeting. It was really great seeing everyone help each other out. Lots of positive feedback from the power hour this morning. Fantastic door prizes from Joe Gesino of Ingersoll Rand. We had an especially delicious choice of breakfast options as well. David Pattillo brought in some exceptionally good donuts and fritters from a shop near White Rock Lake and Melanie Ester brought in some unbelievable homemade blueberry peach muffins with raw sugar sprinkled on top. Looking forward to doing this again!

I enjoyed the meeting...I wish we had a bigger turnout. Also, I think wish more people would take advantage of displaying their buisness cards, brochures, etc. and maybe we could promote this idea of everyone bringing in items to promote their business.

Sure would like to find a way to break away from the career center feel of these meetings, but I appreciate the attempt to help Aggies find their next gig (or first gig). Today's topic was personally relatable, but short on business savvy. I guess it just depends on which crowd we're trying to attract.
