Please login to your Google Docs account and view the document titled, "AggieRoundtable Meetup / Linked In Announcement". You should have already received an invitation to view this document, but if for some reason you didn't get it let me know. Anyway, we're going to email 500 or so AggieRoundtable.com members and tell them about our Meetup Group and our LinkedIn Group. We need to solidify a few things. I propose a meet-up (ha!). I'll propose a meeting time.
1. Agreement on the timing, language to be used, method of communication, etc. regarding moving to the meetup.com system. 2. Balancing the linkedin.com group with the meetup.com group. How to control/coordinate the 2, etc? 3. Establishing an pipeline to push people looking for work to Ag recruiters. Structure for doing this? 4. But above all, we need to solidify *how decisions are made* in this group. By vote? By consensus? By first one to speak up/act? We have a brand to grow and protect and this is by far the most critical thing we need to have nailed down. Blake. |
